轻量化活塞+环	使发动机的整个往复作用力减小，有效的降低了发动机的振动，减少功率损失
加厚的曲轴连杆	连杆由普通机型的18mm加厚到20mm，曲柄压装链轮位置直径由22mm加粗到24mm，从而避免了发动机在瞬时加速时曲轴断裂的可能。 连杆大头采用加大滚针32/41/20，使发动机的高功率下曲轴滚针不会损伤，从而保证了整个曲轴连杆的可靠性。
万向球头螺钉	使用专利技术的万向球头调节气门摇臂，在气门调节螺栓与气门之间由传统的点接触变为面接触，大大降低了接触应力，有效降低噪音，延长了使用寿命。
挤气涡流燃烧技术	优化了进排气口的尺寸，同时使用了异型燃烧室结构，使活塞在压缩过程中，混合气形成了涡流形状，使的油气混合物充分燃烧，提升了发动机的动力性，同比降低了油耗．同时使发动机实现了低速大扭距的目的。
全新的气道设计	全新的气道分流设计，该设计能充分利用气流进行进排气，使发动机的爆发力强劲，同时高速动力性较高。
水冷循环技术	水经过水泵进入缸体，后经过缸床对水循环多少以及流动的位置自动调整，从而保证流入缸头的水循环达到状态。 该机的水泵经过改进增加了水泵的泵水量，使发动机在较大功率下能保证良好的冷却，从而保证了发动机的可靠性。
加大泵油量机油泵	采用了新设计的油泵内外转子，机油泵的泵油量加大30%，新开机油泵齿轮配合内外转子的调整保证齿轮的耐久性。
